Chocolate Chipless Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up


Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth


Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well


Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl


Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined


Place dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving space between them so they can spread


Press down a little on each cookie with your fingers or the back of a spoon


After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden


After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Airfryer Steak

There's no need for a grill or stovetop for this Airfryer Steak recipe. The steaks come out juicy and flavorful, with a crunchy crust. It keeps the juices in because of the air fryer, and the seasoning blend gives it a tasty herb and spice kick.

Ingredients:

  • 2 steaks 6-8 ounces each

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:

Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C


Get salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in a small bowl


Mix them together to make a seasoning blend


Spread olive oil on both sides of the steaks, and then sprinkle a lot of the seasoning mix on each one


Make sure there aren't too many steaks in the air fryer basket when you put them in it


For medium-rare steaks, cook them in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes


If you want them more done, cook them for longer


In the middle of cooking, flip the steaks over


Take the steaks out of the air fryer when they're done and let them rest for a few minutes


Then cut them into pieces and serve

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 hot dogs preferably keto-friendly

  • 1 egg for egg wash

  • Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet


Put almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt in a bowl


Break up two eggs and mix them into the dry ingredients


Keep mixing until a dough forms


Split the dough into 4 equal pieces


Make a long rope out of each piece and wrap it around a hot dog, leaving space at each end to make it look like a hot dog bun


Prepare the baking sheet and put the hot dogs on it


Get the last egg and beat it in a small bowl


Then, brush it on top of each bagel dog


If you want, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top


Place the bagel dogs in an oven that has already been heated up


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked
